These are the terms and conditions governing your cooperation with Kyvatron Limited with regards to our USDT Arbitrage Trades. By sending your trading capital to us, you confirm that you accept and agree to this Agreement.
A. You are of sound mind and legal competence and have the full right and authority to perform all transactions allowed by Kyvatron.
B. If you are not a natural person, you are otherwise organized and validly existing under the laws of the jurisdiction of your organization and have received any and all resolutions required under its documents of incorporation to execute this Agreement and any Transaction made pursuant thereto, and each person executing and delivering this Agreement or any Transaction on your behalf is authorized to do so.
C. Your execution and delivery of this Agreement or any Transaction will not violate any law, regulation, bylaw, agreement, obligation, judgement or policy applying to you.
D. You are the full and ultimate beneficial owner of the funds deposited and of the payment instruments by which such deposits are made.
E. All funds deposited originate from legal sources and do not originate from drugs, terrorism or any illegal or criminal activity.
F. All details you provide to Kyvatron are full and correct in all aspects and you shall immediately notify Kyvatron of any change in such details or declarations.
G. You fully understand that if our Cooperation is challenged by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Kyvatron, you'll be entitled to a complete refund of your trading capital.
**Rollover Terms**
Kyvatron's Arbitrage Investment programs are long-term in nature. All investments with the company must be rolled over for a minimum of 6 months before the principal can be withdrawn. However, you're free to withdraw your monthly profit earnings if you choose to do so. You can also choose to rollover your monthly profit earnings as well, in order to enjoy greater compounded profits on your total investments.

The Company's sole legal obligation to the investor is the investment capital which the investor entrusted to our care, which we'll make reasonable efforts to refund in the event of any business challenges.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
